Please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms") before using the Timebox application, website, or any of our related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bloom Processing LLC ("Timebox," "we," "us," "our").

The Service

Timebox is a history learning platform that delivers bite-sized stories about historical figures and events. The Service is provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, content may be simplified or adapted, and should not be relied upon as a primary academic or professional source.

Ownership

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all content, design, code, and intellectual property. Some content may reference historical figures or events in the public domain — our original editorial presentation and curation remains our property. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. This license is not a sale. All rights are reserved unless otherwise noted.

License Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service; use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access content; interfere with the proper working of the Service or bypass any access restrictions; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. Accounts

Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

The Service may include automatically recurring payments. If you activate a subscription, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to periodically charge your payment method until you cancel. Your subscription will continue unless and until you cancel or we terminate it. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being billed for the next period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. We may suspend or terminate access for any account with unpaid amounts due.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@timebox.tv or using the cancellation flow within the app. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how it may be used. Our Privacy Policy will apply to the information we collect, whether or not you choose to read it.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If you are 13 or older but under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on our website or otherwise provide notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
