You are not required to create a user account or provide any personal information in order to visit our website. To access paid features, you will need to provide a valid email address. During onboarding, you may provide preferences through our quiz — such as interests, learning style, and daily goals — to personalize your experience.

If you choose to make a purchase, your billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card numbers. We also collect information if you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us.

We do not offer services to, or target, persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will purge that information from our database and cancel the corresponding account. Timebox does not contain any hazardous, violent, or age-restricted content.

Amendments to Policy

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted. If we make any material changes that affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website.
